WWII Vintage Telescope M38 M. H. R. Co. 1943 R. J. D. No 110684. Others are listed on ebay saying these are from Sherman tanks, but I don't know so please use your own expert judgment. Lots of wear consistent with age/use, but still displays well. 4 3/8" long. Please view the photos to see condition.
