1845 ANTIQUE SCIO NY LAND INDENTURE DEED BILL OF SALE LEGAL DOCUMENT ALLEGANY. John Stephens of New York City buying 450 acres of land in Scio NY from Reuben Kent & Peter P Wells. Signed by the selling parties and Stephens lawyer Samuel Swain. Creased, some soiling, with wax seals, edge and corner wear. It measures 7 3/4"w x 9 3/4". A nice find.
