In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn’t be simpler .If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact your to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item using our freepost service and we will credit your PayPal account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item. Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via PayPal to the original account used, within 2 working days.
