Fine English J W Benson Solid 9 Carat Gold Hunter Crown Wind Gents Pocket Watch in excellent near mint condition & perfect working order.This watch winds smoothly & runs perfectly it has not been serviced for years so for that reason i am not offering exact quartz type time keeping guarantees, that said it does appear to be keeping good time anyway.It is clearly hallmarked all over for London 1934 & with the case makers mark J.W.B (Benson). Bears the serial number 3177 on all three co...vers.As you can see from the detailed pictures this watch is in excellent condition throughout & has only few signs of use. Dial is in mint condition bearing the J.W. Benson name.Fine fully jewelled "The Field" model English made three quarter plate movement also signed J.W.Benson.Front cover springs open perfectly to 90 degrees when top button is pushed.Front cover beautifully initialled J.N.S.A truly excellent pocket watch still suitable for regular & practical use & becoming increasingly difficult to find in this condition.Size: 51mm diameter, 70mm including loop, 12mm thick & weighs 92.3 grams.See all 21 images.
