A charming work of a noble lady wearing traditional cap and ruff collar. From the Dutch School of painters, at first glance the work looks very old however upon close inspection would not be older than we suspect the 19th Century. Age- 19th CenturySize- 17.75 by 15 inches approx (450 x 380 mm) including frame, panel 12 by 10 inches approxMedium- Oils on wooden panel.
Frame- Antique gold coloured frame, some knocks, offered free with the painting.Condition- Generally dark and a little dirty, some thinner paint areas and some repairs to the face.
Signature- Unsigned.
