Vintage Smith Corona 5TE Electric Typewriter with Case & Key 1950s SEE VIDEO Comes with the case, key, and manual!Also comes with some extra ribbon, the original warranty sheet, and a couple miscellaneous items. SEE VIDEO of the machine in action.
The end of the hammer with the "E" is detached and included in the plastic bag in the photo. The machine powers on and keys appear to work great. I have not however actually tested this with p...aper, so the extent to how much it works beyond what can be seen in the video is unknown.
The case opens and closes well, locks and unlocks with the key, and locks the typewriter into place which can be ejected with the lever on the left hand side. The case is in great working condition. The top of the case will detach from the bottom if not careful but it is simple to re-attach.
Overall Great Condition for it's age!!
