DescriptionBeautiful hand painted cherub decorated majolica plate. Made in the late 19th or early 20th Century, by Cantagalli pottery from Italy.Marked with the maker's hand painted backstamp (reverse photographed).There are some glaze rubs around the rim of the plate (all can be seen in photographs). Otherwise, in very good condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration.The plate measures approximately 9½" in diameter. Service
