Vintage early 1900s Arts & Crafts Period Syrup Pitcher. Copper cage around blown glass (I think it's blown glass, but I'm not an expert). Nice use of ribbing on the glass to emulate a wooden barrel, and riveting along the copper bands and handle. Tin lined pour spout is marked with WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik) logo of ostrich in lozenge. Likely dates to the early 1900s when the Arts & Crafts Movement started. Stands about 6.75" tall and is about 3.25" at the widest... point. This item is in Very Good Condition. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs. There are some small bends on the pour spout. The copper pieces have taken on a rich, warm patina over the decades.
