Up for auction is a gorgeous blonde Madame Alexander CISSY from the 1950's. Cissy is dressed in her black chemise with hose and black heels. She has the prettiest face with nice original coloring. Her pretty blue eyes open and close easily. The eyelashes on the left eye are a tad sparse in the middle, but overall they look great. The left eye has a little mark way up near the top of the eye that is hard to find, but wanted to mention it. She has the most lovely blonde wig with tons of ...curl and body! The body is in good condition and is marked "Alexander" on the back of the neck. There are no stains or big cracks. The very top of the legs up inside of the hip has a small hairline, so typical to find. I've shown pictures of each side of the leg with me pulling the leg down to expose the small hairlines. The chemise is in good played with condition, not mint but nice. The tag remnant remains on the back. The hose are in very good condition with no holes that I could find. The shoes have very tight elastic that does not stretch at all and are a bit hard to put on, but once on the foot they remain nicely. She's a lovely doll that will look fantastic in so many Cissy outfits!
