For additional pictures Click on "Read More" This Stately Looking Rare Ronson creation is a truly attractive and eye-catching pieceThis stately looking lighter is the Tabourette Model. They were first introduced in 1927 and these models were one of the first model automatic table lighters created by the Ronson Company. It is figure 236 in “Ronson the World’s Greatest Lighter” by Urban Cummings. These models are marked “Ronson De-Lite”. The Ronson’s automatic De-Lite Models... were made during the early days, when Ronson had a monopoly on the automatic lighters (Which was their invention). For complete information regarding all the wonderful Ronson petrol lighters pick up Urban Cummings' great book. The body of this vintage lighter is Chrome Plated and has attractive engine-turning on both sides that is in great condition. The monogram shield has never been inscribed.
