For Auction, 1865c portable sewing machine sold by Chas Raymond of Canada. This is a great example and has survived all these year in good condition and perfectly functional. This particular machine was made around 1865, with "Chas Raymond" stamped on the needle plate. This machine is the size of a toy machine but was a perfectly functional sewing machine in its time, and still is. The action is smooth and everything works.
