A very rare and collectible map of France by St. Jaillot complete with its original leather slipcase. Paper on linen. Hand coloured polychrome outlines (original).
26" x 25.5". Paper on Linen. No chipping, no splitting & no holes to linen. A few tiny light marks and a little patch of tanning... to bottom right corner panel just south of Piemont. The original slipcase is present which is rare in itself There is a split to the left side of slipcase and wear to extremities.
A very uncommon & rare map and slipcase of France.
