Original Description:
  Very rare and original, ca 1920’s Cast Iron Figural Doorstop in the form of a Golfer. This wonderful, Golfer Doorstop measures approx. 10” tall and 7” by 2” at the base. The Golfer wears knickers and is depicted at the top of his back swing with a golf ball in the grass on the base
    The Doorstop is marked with the Hubley catalog number - “238” - on the back.
    This outstanding, original Figural Golfer Doors...top is in very good condition - there are no breaks, cracks, damage or repairs of any kind to the figure. All Original surface paint is  muted from age.
