Original Description:
Antique 1933, J.B. Hirsch Company bookend set of a Chinese man and woman metal figurines. This is a scare set because most sets have two men. The figures show the man-eating from a bowl and the woman holding a bowl of food. The figures are firmly mounted on a black stone base that measures 3.75" deep X 3.75" wide.  The Figures are approximately 8.5" tall, and the combined weight is approximately five pounds SIX ounces.
