EXTRAORDINARY SIGNED NEWELL HARDING, BOSTON, COIN SILVER SALAD SERVING TONGS IN MEDALLION PATTERN 
     We are pleased to offer this mid-1800s pure coin silver salad tongs by Newell Harding (1799-1862), registered in Boston and Haverhill, MA.  The pattern is called Medallion and the tongs have a round portrait medallion on each side. They have vermeil tips, one a three-tine fork and one a shell spoon.  The tongs are 12" in length.  They are marked ...on each arm, N. Harding & Co. Pure Coin Silver. They are very fine quality and very hard to find.
