SOLD AS IS FOR PARTS!!!!NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO PARTIAL REFUNDS!Old Precision amp Sold as is as you see it, was stored away obviously had some water issues! We were amazed though that it still plays!, We plugged an ipod into the RCA jacks, connected a speaker, and let it play a half hour! Actually had nice sound, although as expected had some background hum (as normal it prob needs new filter cap)Here are more observations:The main 2 output tubes are IBM 3205...03. I understand these are rare and these alone can be worth $50-$60 or more !The 2 front 12ax7 said "made in holland" not sure of brand it wiped off6X5GT look to be USA tubesMany of the front knobs are hard to turn, so pots will need further lubrication, replacing or repairThe main Cinch Jones type multipin power connector, we had to wiggle a little so contacts may need further cleaning or even internal wires may need soldering, we did not open the connector up, we just wiggled till the tubes lit.We only tested it with 120vac, there are 6 and 12vdc options we did not try (the rectangular multivibrator and 25A fuse socket is for that. Vibrator has octal socket and can unplug from the chasis) Turntable is missing tone arm, motor and platter spins but rubber idler is shot. The whole top comes off and can be discarded if not wanted. There is a metal bottom cover too not shown, but ebay limited how many picts we could addRust as seenWe did clean it a little and sprayed some contact cleaner in places. Tested all speaker terminals and all had soundTested mic 1 and 3 jacks and RCA jacks, all passed audio. Not sure of its model# could not find, it also says Lafayette as per picture. So that is what we found but once again no guarantees due to age/conditionGreat project for someone!
