(Have been painted, but could be stripped)-New electric water heater included.-Original sinks, tub and toilet.-Original Rollohome stamped baby moon hubcaps.
The CONS:-Bathroom needs restoration. The wall covering is worn and needs to be replaced. -The toilet waste pipe has rusted and needs to be replaced and the flooring under the toilet has a hole and needs to be repaired.-Small amount of water damage on the ceiling where the vent pipe went through to the roof. No furnace.-A couple of the windows and screens need repair.-There is an 8-inch vent hole cut in the street side wall. (I was going to install a wall vent fan for air circulation.)-There is no stove hood or exhaust fan.-Electrical is original and has not been upgraded, but everything works with no known issues.

Notes:The tires look to be in good condition but the age is unknown. The bearings have been greased and the trailer was towed about 12 miles with no problems. For a long trip, I would recommend new tires, if towed. The original linoleum flooring tiles were not in salvageable condition so there is laminate flooring throughout except for in the bedroom where the original green tile is in good condition. The laminate could be easily removed if a more authentic floor is desired. The exterior has a few areas where paint is peeling, but with the removal of the 1970’s striping tape and a new paint job, this trailer would look great! All in all this trailer is in good condition for its age and with some work could be a real showpiece! There is lots of storage and a little more elbow room than what is offered in a smaller camper!
