Post World War II Era Japanese Kamikaze Pilot Reunions Meeting Plate. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Post world war ii-era Japanese kamikaze pilot reunions meeting plate this is from the yo Karen 24 group of kamikaze pilots meeting reunions after the war this is from the fourth gathering of these Japanese veterans who were just destined to eventually fly a mission the war ended and many kamikaze pilots survived the poem on the plate reads in the airplane ready to... fight ready to die father mother brother sister please be happy with a fresh heart flying in the sky that is the only moment.the statue on the plate is the is an actual statue in the peace Park located where the kamikaze pilot training facility is located this meeting was held  in Kushira, kagoshima Japan in 1949. The town of kushira is not even considered a town anymore but is now part of Kanoya in kagoshima, .     Beautiful historic plate.
