WWII Era US Army Medical Corps Litter or Strecher Canvas Extension - Dated 1942 - Unissued Condition Up for Auction is a WWII Era US Army Medical Corps Litter or Strecher Canvas Extension. The Extension is made from heavy duty Canvas material, just like the canvas on the litter. There are two closed loops sewen into the extension, one on each end. This permitts the extension to be placed over the handle of the litter to provide addit...ional length of the litter. These extensions are approximately 23.24" long x 8.5" wide. There is a photo of one installed on a litter. NOTE: The litter shown in the last photo, is for demonstration purposes ONLY.
