Hi Friends, Offered for sale is an Ancient Alien Head Flint Stone Artifact Kansas River Bed Find 83.3 Grams. This stone has a head with neck profile on both sides which to me resembles some alien head shapes I have seen in some sci-fi movies. This once fractured flint artifact stone has been smoothed or buried in the slow moving Kansas River river bed sand for a very long period of time, perhaps many thousands of years. The Kansas River recedes sometimes for periods of time... or only for a couple of days, new landscapes appear in the river channel from sand, mud, and stone. At the East Kansas River where this stone was found, there is alluvial and glacial till sand and stone a half mile deep in some places according to surveys. It is estimated that around 600, 000 years ago the last big glacier ended up at the Kansas River valley pushing the mega amounts of glacial till at its front. Is is possible that some of the apparently very old flint tools found in USA mid-west alluvial were dumped here by glacier? This stone is good for collection, display, study, or other purpose.
