Vintage 1950 ' S Madame Alexander CISSY In Chemise, Hose, Shoes

Up for auction is a Beautiful Madame Alexander Cissy doll from the 1950's. She is all original in her tagged chemise, hose and black heels with rose on top. She is about 20" tall and marked "Alexander" on the back of the neck. This Cissy was the basic Cissy that came in the chemise and had the low ponytail hairstyle with spanner bar, that is completed with a light pink bow. In person the bow is pinker then how it is showing in the pictures. Cissy has beautiful all original colorin...g, with bright cheeks, with lovely brows and lips. There is one very minor light spot by her mouth that can only be seen under bright light but I wanted to mention it. She has all of her eyelashes and pretty blue eyes. Cissy's hair is just excellent. I especially love her long curly bangs. Her body is in excellent condition with no major splits. There is the tiniest hairline up at the very top of her leg inside the hip joint. It is so small it could not be pictured. Cissy's chemise is nice and white. Her hose are free of runs and are tight at the top. Her shoes display beautifully but the is a repair to one underneath as shown in the pictures. All together this is a beautiful doll that's even prettier in person.
