Original Description:
Great looking vintage frequency generator with fantastic giant needle dial, knobs and switches.  This is a Clough Brengle model 182A made in Chicago.  It has vacuum tubes and is corded (plug in for power, not battery).    
Has bolted on metal handles on both sides.  There is an additional switch on the back which toggles between "slow" and "visual." 
Measures about 20 inches wide with handles. 

The cord should be rewired if you intend to ...use it. We plugged it in long enough to see that it powered up.  We attached to an oscilloscope; output looked pretty rough but there was output. We didn't do any other testing.  
Weighs 22 pounds. Can arrange local pickup at Boston University (Comm Ave) on back street-easy temp parking for pick up after hours -- or MetroWest.
If you are interested in the tubes only, we will consider dismantling to save weight. See photos 7-12.
