This is used with wear as you can see.This came from a gentleman that worked for the Santa Fe Railway.I have no idea if this works or not so it is being sold as is.This measures 14 1/2 X 6 1/2 X 1 1/4 inches.Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself.
