Estate sale find, bird's eye view of Lodi, California, compliments of Katzakian & Schafer Real Estate. Indications are that the print itself is not as old as the frame as the real estate firm listed appears to have formed in the 1950's vs. the turn of the century.
More than likely this was a commemorative piece from the 1960-70's, though not sure. With that said, it is still a nice display piece with vignettes of prominent residences, churches, schools, and governme...nt buildings.
The overall picture is approximately 23" X 27", image area is approximately 15.5" X 19", approximate shipping weight 10.5 pounds.
SEE PHOTOS FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS - The picture is in overall Good used condition, the frame is in poor condition with chipped corners and missing gesso with repainting, the print has been trimmed and has water stains at the bottom with age toning, could use cleaning. Please see images.
