Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. She ha...s reddish-golden hair in the original style. Sparkling blue-green sleep eyes that open and close with hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, pierced ears with pink pearl drop earrings and a pink pearl necklace. No split seams, good strings, holds a pose well. Marked on the back of the head "ALEXANDER" under the hair. She is wearing her original tagged dress, which is rare to find, it is a polished cotton with a floral print in pink, green and blue, the full circle skirt is fully lined in net. It has pink organdy sleeves and sash. The dress is in excellent condition, clean, sturdy, no stains, no tears, nice body, there is a light spot on one sleeve. She has the original pink taffeta petticoat with net flounce and matching panties, they have some new elastic woven in the waistbands. The hat is natural straw, laden with pink velvet and silk flowers with velvet leaves, it has a fancy scalloped edge and silver head hat pin. The shoes are adorable, pink plastic with elastic straps, lace and pink flowers on the toes, the elastic has lost some stretch and the lace has darkened a bit. She is absolutely stunning!
