A beautiful German solid silver snuff or pill box. It is hallmarked with the German crescent moon and crown statesymbols, and the 830 standard mark. I would date it to c1900-1920. It has been beautifully designedwith the lid being cast with a flower basket. It is in superb condition beingfree from dings splits holes and repairs. The lid closes securely and the hinge is strong. It measures a touch under 1.5 inches (3.6cms)across by over 1 inch (2.8cms) wide by 0.75 inch (1.7cms) tall an...d weighs 20 grams. A nice quality piece.
