A nice quality antique sterlingsilver snuff or pill box. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1917 with the maker’smarks being D&F for Deakin & Francis Ltd. It is of circular form andhas a simple but stylist design. The inside is gilded. It is in superb conditionbeing free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures over 1.5 inches (3.8cms)across by 0.75 inch (1.9cms) and weighs 15 grams. A very nice quality stylishexample.
