Yellow Olivetti Lettera 35 Vintage Typewriter
Item History & Price
My current favorite model(s): the Olivetti Lettera 35 and 35i have the smooth typing action of the famed Lettera 22s and 32s but with a very cool body design by Mario Bellini.

The body is made from cast metal and should easily outlast humanity.
I have completely disassembled this machine and gave it a deep cleaning to remove all old oils and residue. Then it was re lubricated (only where necessary) with a dilution of the best weapons-grade synthetic oil.
Parts have been replaced where necessary, and repairs and adjustments made.
I have repainted this series with some colors I like that complement the sleek design. (Sanded, primed, 5 coats color, 2 coats clear artist grade sprays)
Comes with case
All of my Lettera 35 series comes with a fresh ribbon installed, and a spare.
- The Lettera 35 was made in Spain and has a slightly larger and heavier body, it comes in a molded plastic case originally. Most have shattered by now.
- The Lettera 35i was made in Mexico. It is a bit smaller and lighter and came with a plastic tote bag case.
* This series is branded but unsigned. The metallic Typeoh Design sticker on the rear of the machine may be removed if desired without harming the finish.
