Up for auction is a very old Eastman Kodak View Camera, model No. 2-D. I am unsure of the format, but the framed glass on the back of the camera is approx. 5 inches by 7 inches. The bellows seem to be almost entirely covered in a gaffer-type tape. The camera bellows extend well but currently do not retract fully. There is oxidation and spotting to the metal components and shutter, which appears to be half open. There is no lens on the camera. The wooden frame of the camera is in good s...olid shape. Included with the camera is a F&S Special Collapsible Stand. This stand has two hinges, one of which is missing a screw. Overall this seems to be a serviceable camera to the right person--definitely in need of restoration, but difficult to find in any state. Even if left unrepaired, it's a great piece for the camera collector.
