Created by noted Italian artist and designer Urbano Zaccagnini in the early 1950s, this rare Raymor pottery piece belongs to their "Tang" collection, which referenced pottery works from the legendary Chinese dynasty. This example is the War Horse, measuring approximately 16" tall x 16" wide x 4" deep. While blue-and-gold, and bronze/gilted examples come up from time to time, collectors prize the all-blue versions for their striking azure tone reminiscent of Grecian masterworks. This vi...brant piece will be the center of attention in any room, large enough to be a focal decorative object but intimate enough in size to be displayed almost anywhere.
