Original Description:
This is a late 19th century salt glazed stoneware canning jar/crock with cobalt blue wavy lines. 
It measures: 8 1/4" tall4" across the rim2 3/4" opening4 3/4 across the baseWeighs 3 lbs, 12 oz. 
This piece features a beautiful glaze with pretty natural variations and striking wavy cobalt line decoration. There are two incised lines just below the neck.This crock is in great structural condition with a few small chips on the inside lip and base (see photos). A nice... piece of late 19th century decorated salt glazed pottery!
