A slim pamphlet. Measuring approx. 26.5cm x 17.5cm. Disbound, very delicately held together with a couple of binding threads (leaves detaching/detached). Light offsetting/spotting. Very pale corner stain to bottom edge ...of title page, and tiny ink spot to edges of couple of leaves. Couple of tiny worm holes, and corner creases, else in reasonably clean condition.

Misspelling 'Indepmnifying' to title page
An act that 'Fully Acquitted, pardoned and Discharged of and from all Actions, Suits, Indictments, Executions and Molestations whatsoever... in no time hereafter be called into question, whatsoever be the quality of the person, or of whatsoever kind or degree, civil or criminal". the "divers persons in their service for suppressing the said Rebellions..and carrying on the publique Service of these nations"
"Whereas the parliament, his highness the lord protector and the council by reason of some late Rebellions and Insurrections within this commonwealth and upon occasion of many dangers and troubles threatned from beyond the seas, have necessitated to imploy divers persons in their service for suppressing the said Rebellions..and carrying on the publique Service of these nations"
