For your buying consideration, we are selling a great Akai reel to reel player that has come to us through an estate liquidation. This unit does not include any original packaging or manuals. The deck comes with an Akai reel and a Maxwell reel which are mounted to the player. The counter on the item works as intended, I simply ran out of picture space while creating this ad so it has been skipped. The buttons all work well and are responsive, but please note that like many vintage ste...reo pieces, some buttons and switches are building a light patina like layer - I believe this is from oil in peoples hands over the years touching the items in one spot. Please also take note of the picture of the power cord - it appears the previous owners have used tape to possibly attempt to re-shield the power cord.The deck measures 17 1/4'' wide x 9'' front to back and stands about 11 1/4'' tall. Raw, this deck weighs in at a nice hefty 35 pounds. Feel free to ask questions about the deck and I can attempt to answer them to the best of my ability. Thanks for looking!
