The Akai GX-77 reel to reel 4-track stereo tape deck you are bidding on is for parts / repair only with no return. Three brand new belts were installed June 1, 2019. The deck has been cleaned. The tape heads have been cleaned and demagnetized. The capstan does not travel to the top without manual help. This Akai GX-77 RTR deck needs servicing to get it up and running properly.

I use Fed Ex for shipping. All packaging product is new and usually includes a heavy duty box with the interior lined with styrofoam. The product is wrapped in bubble wrap and peanuts laid out for extra protection. I package the gear with the thought of myself buying the product and how I would expect to receive it on my door step.
