Fully operable tape recorder. The voltage is 220-240 volts. Made a full service in the summer of 2019. As far as I know, rubber belts are exchanged. Recording, playback and other functions work flawlessly. The kit includes original Akai NAB adapters and reels.The device is almost 40 years old so the sale is without warranty.
