We have for sale a Scott LK-72 tube integrated amp.When we got it the amp hadn't been used in a few years so we slowly brought the AC line voltage up with a Variac over 8 hours. It needed a cosmetic cleaning and we also cleaned all the pots and switches and tube sockets with Caig Labs de-Oxit. After that it worked on all inputs! We played it in the background for 2+ hours with no signs of any problems.
The tubes are all functional but nothing fancy and not tested on a tube tester. T...he complement consists of:>5AR4 rectifier unknown brand.>6GH8 driver tubes (2) Both GE>12AX7 (3 total) preamp tubes Raytheon (2), Sylvania (1)>5814A (1) subbed for one of the 12AX7's GE>7591 (4) outputs all GE
PLEASE NOTE: Although it seems to work OK this amp is at least 50 years old and has not been restored and is being sold strictly as-is
We always pack things with extra care (see our feedback!) so that items always arrive intact and not damaged in transit. It will get double boxed, remove the tubes and pack them separately in bubble wrap. We promise that it will arrive exactly as described but no long term warranty beyond that.
Local pick-up is fine by appointment so long as you prepay for the unit. For anything picked up or shipped within California we must charge 9.25% state sales tax. Outside the USA by E-Bay overseas shipping program only.
