Shipping to Canada, $30.00 and overseas $120.00Up for auction we have a very nice and hard to find Northern Electric R4 tube Theatre Amplifier.This type of Amplifier was used in movie theatres along with other Northern and Western Electric equipment in sound systems of the 1940s .This type was used to drive The big 200 watt felid Amplifiers in drive in movie theatres.I removed this Amplif...ier from a Drive In Theatre in a small Western Ontario town where it was siting idle for over 30 years. Northern Electric was the Canadian division of Western Electric and shared many patents and parts.The Power transformer was replaced a long time ago with an equivalent Hammond unit.The Amplifier powers up but produces very little volume.Sold for display or restoration only.Uses 6L6 output tubes.Rated output is 20 watts at 8 and 16 ohms.The amp is in very good cosmetic condition and looks great.Comes with copy of manual. ----- shipping to the west coast USA aprox. $60.00.To Canada will be aprox $30.00 .
