Vintage Union Pacific Rail Road Co. GENERAL Brass 1 Qt., Model 85, Heavy Duty Fire Extinguisher. Manufactured by The General Fire Extinguisher Corp., Philadelphia, Detroit, New York, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco, Seattle, and Culcer City. Last patent is 2563171 (1951). Has U.P.R.R.Co. embossed on the front. Extinguisher is empty, machine buffed and hand polished. The extinguisher is in excellent condition with some minor hairline scratches. Measures approx. ...13" tall by 3" in diameter. The pump handle does move in and out but the extinguisher is being sold as a collectible item only.
