Please contact me with questions or concerns before placing a bid. I have for your consideration a second WWII Water Proof Match Holder and Compass combination. This is the mate to the one that I just sold recently. Made from a two tone caramel bakelite this piece measures 3 1/8 inches in length and just shy of 1 1/4 inches across. The top is a cle...ar glass or plastic where you can see the liquid. The side reads, "YOU ARE LOOKING" and then gives you the direction. There are also the letters "SIG-HT". On the side of the tube is an indentation where you would use to strike and light your match. The bottom has a ribbed pattern and is marked "DUPAGE". A great little item you can use today for camping, or to keep in your glove box.  Please check out my other auctions.
