Presented here is a beautiful vintage 1950s Madame Alexander Cissette doll wearing her original tagged navy taffeta dress with polka dot bustle back and trim. She also wears her tagged lace teddy underneath and carries a rare beaded Cissette purse. Her red high h...eels are vintage plastic with molded bows and her hat appears to be handmade vintage 1950's. The clothing is in excellent condition, no notable damage, the dress is crisp, clean, nice body. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, holds a pose nicely. Lovely face with blue-green eyes that open and close freely, red mouth, single stroke brows. She has pierced ears and is wearing pearl earrings. Her hair has a triple stitched part, bangs, longer length in original curls pulled to the back from the sides in a fancy original style. The hair color I would call golden blonde or Tosca, between light brown, blonde and reddish ( appears more red in some of the photos, it is more to a golden tone). She is marked on the back; "MME ALEXANDER", the doll is in excellent condition, no cracks or splits. So precious!
