The Fannie Merritt Farmer Boston Cooking School Cookbook (1941, Hardcover). 1941 indicated at title page. Seventh Edition. Newly – and Completely Revised by Wilma Lord Perkins. First printing of New Seventh Newly revised Edition 1941 with 75, 000 copies printed (stated). Yellow boards with blue lettering and accents at cover and spine. Publisher: Little, Brown and Company. Approximate dime...nsions are 5 5/8 inches (w) by 8 1/4 inches (h). 830 pages plus advertising section in back.
Condition: Book is FAIR/GOOD with moderate to notable cover/corner/edge wear. Some light soiling. Still bright yellow boards with crisp lettering and accents at cover and spine. Binding has some minor splitting inside face pages but is otherwise firm/intact. Pages have moderate wear with some pages having notable corner wear (especially rear pages/advertising section). No marks noted (not every page inspected), stains or odors noted. No dust jacket. Lower rare but still a very functional and attractive copy of this RARE edition is a very nice/clean vintage collectible book. o Local pick up items not claimed within 21 days will be relisted without notice and considered a donation.
