Original Description:
This is a sale for one Vintage USGI WWII WW2 CANTEEN  U.S 1944 G.P.&F. Co. The canteen has lots of character with minor dents, scratches and smudges. The lid is a little dirty and has two cracks that don't affect it from screwing on tight to the canteen. The chain that attaches the lid to the canteen is in great condition.

The wording on the inside of the lid is difficult to read but I beleive it to say, " Victor 74 / U.S. 43"The wordi...ng on the bottom of the canteen states "U.S. G.P & F.CO 1944"
