Beautiful Vintage Ornate Gold Gilt Curtain Brackets PairHeavy MetalBeautiful vintage ornate metal gold gilt curtain wall brackets. The back that attaches to the wall measures 8 1/4" tall and just under 1 3/4" wide. These extend 13 1/2" top to bottom. The ornate pierced design on the front is 3 1/4" wide. The opening hole for inserting a rod is 1 3/4" diameter. These extend 9 1/4" from the wall. EACH one weighs 1 lb 11 oz. This set is in excellent condition with n...o breaks in the metal. Minor gold gilt loss. Either French or Italian fancy design. I am unsure of metal ? These are very heavy. Purchased from an east coast estate years ago and stored. Just never got around to using. These have an impressed J D on the back ( or I think that is the mark ). I am unsure of exact age.Absolutely beautiful fancy brackets for your window treatment in a special room !
