Antique 19th. Century French Porcelain SEVRES Cabinet Platehandpainted Topographical Scene 'L' Hotel de Ville' within a circular gilt bandand blue border, with gilt-rim. Date: Circa 1870.- Dimensions approx.:Diameter 9 inches (23 cm) Condition: In VERY GOOD conditionas pictured. It has a chip on back, marked in pictures with green color.
