19th Century Royal Vienna porcelain cabinet portrait plate. With, artist signed, hand painted center portrait of George Washington (the decorator signature is just below the leading shoulder and unknown to me). The outer border and rim are decorated with painted enamel and ornate relief gilding. Marked on the back under glaze with a blue beehive shield. Also marked with the Hutschenreuther impressed crown over shield and impressed #24. The impression is very faint, and it i...s just at the end of the Inscription in black ‘George Washington’.
MEASUREMENTS: The cabinet plate has a diameter of 9-1/2 inches LET’S TALK CONDITION: Excellent condition with no chips or cracks no scratches no loss of decoration or gilding no glaze crackling no repairs.
