DIMENSIONS: Large candlestick: 11 ½" Height x 3 ¼" Diameter Small candlestick: 5" Height x 3 ¼" Diameter
DESCRIPTION:Exquisite pair of upright conicular Mexican Modernist candle holders by Gene Byron. This pair is hand-crafted,... featuring hammered tin, while being embellished with embossed patterning, from top to bottom, accentuated with brass banding, heavy & sturdy, and weighted with sand. I believe this is supposed to be a graduated set, of which unfortunately the middle size is missing. They are being offered as they were found. This pair is in excellent condition, beautifully aged with natural patina. Both are signed on the bottom Mexico, with Gene Byron conjoint initials 'GB.'
CONDITION:Good to Very Good overall vintage condition.
