3 excellent and rare T.C. Brown Westhead and Moore polychrome botanical dessert plates with 3 different hand painted flower designs, gold gilding, and twist rope boarders! Plates measure: 9 1/8” diameter All 3 have a English registry stamp for nov. 24, 1864 All three are also mark 2967 B, B being the designation for dessert plates. Also all three have little marks that designate the designer I believe. All three plates have some mostly light utensil scratches to their surface, nothin...g severe, and slight wear to gilding that does not go through. All three also have some loss/flaking ( not chips in porcelain) of overglaze green enamel at the rims, please see pictures., most is shown. 2 flakes are on 2 different plates and are pea size, the others are about the size of a grain of sand. Very easily restored if wished. Especially when considering age these are very nice lightly used plates. I am by no means a expert on antique English porcelain, please ask any and all questions you may have before purchasing.
