Beautiful Concho belt made of Sterling Silver, leather and turquoise by DM (Begay), Navajo Silversmith. Belt has 20 Conchos (excluding buckle and end tip). These conchos are rectangular and alternate between 1/2" long and 1 1/8" long
The belt in is excellent conditio...n. I have not attempted to polish the silver
Belt is 43 3/4" long (before the buckle) and 3/8" wide, buckle is 1 1/2" long.
There are 22 turquoises in all, the ones in the conchos are approx. 3/8"-1/2" long, the one in the buckle is 5/8".
Entire belt weighs 118 grams
There are 10 belt holes before the first concho, with one more punched between the first and second concho, and I believe that there is another one UNDERNEATH the first concho. I have not tried to slide the conchos around, though theoretically I think that they are moveable.
