You are looking at a 4 inch plains style pipe bowl with stem made from genuine pipestone which was quarried from the sacred pipestone quarries at Pipestone National Monument located near by. The bowl itself measures 4 long and stands 2-3/4” tall. the stem total length is 12 inches.When connected the total length is just under 16 inches. This bowl is gorgeous bottom layer Pipestone. solid deep dark red pipestone but please refer to the photos for the finer details.Fit tight to the pip...e with an airtight seal where it is seeded. It is sanded smooth and rubbed with an oil to highlight the natural beauty of the wood grain. The stem is Cedar beaded with Dyed Deer hide leather fringes and random assortment of colored beads. This pipe is brand new, has not been used or blessed.I have signed the pipe “Loud Thunder” as that is my given Indian name. I am a 5th generation pipe maker.
