We are listing today a lovely Antique 19th century Franz Anton Mehlem Royal Bonn German Porcelain Small Handled Pitcher in an Art Nouveau Tapestry Design. This pitcher is in Excellent Condition with no chips, cracks, and or repairs. The pitcher measures 6 1/2" tall, the top rim is 1 3/4" x 1 5/8" x 4 5/8" wide at the handle x 2 1/2" at the... base and weighs approximately 11.3oz. The base is marked with the Royal Bonn Crown mark along with the impressed Franz.Ant.Mehlem BonnyRhein circular mark, 282 and some hand written text. Wonderful gold gilding throughout with great scroll like art nouveau decorations throughout, all in the slightly raised textured tapestry design.
